To help you raise awareness for your brand or destination Feinstein/McGuiness PR would like to invite your company to participate in our 2010 Kari Feinstein Travel Lounge held on May 13th and 14th in Los Angeles. The Style Lounge is traditionally a product showcase and gifting suite and will be transformed into an A-list invite-only travel convention for this occasion. A sponsorship at the lounge would not only allow your company to make direct connections with celebrities, but also will give you the opportunity to capture photos of them along side your brand, logo and signage, that can be used for promotional & marketing purposes.

a dozen Style Lounges annually for niche marketing and in anticipation of major award shows and film festivals. Through our effective and event-driven product placement, these events have successfully helped launch new lines, rehabilitate old products, and kept healthy brands ahead of the competition consistently for the past eight years. The Style Lounge is a resourceful event that provides companies with a unique opportunity to network and forge personal connections through our superior and reliable relationships.

There are innumerable advantages to securing these images; ranging from helping to garner editorial coverage to pitching targeted press outlets; from usage in sales, tradeshows, and showrooms, to promotional use on your website. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to
obtain multiple celebrity endorsers of your product – a crucial part of any companies branding strategy.
At each Style Lounge, FMPR hires 4-5 in-house photographers to capture photos of celebrities with your product. We trust only the best photography wire service with the task of securing images for your company and ourselves. Our photographers from WireImage are industry veterans and are today’s top providers of celebrity and event photography for the entertainment, music, and fashion industries.
All of the nation’s entertainment, teen, and fashion photo editors consistently publish WireImage photos on a daily basis. Each sponsor will have the option of purchasing complete or individual pictures, directly through Wireimage for future marketing purposes.
We at FMPR feel that is very important to give back to our community. During each Style Lounge we help to raise awareness and funds for various charitable organizations. Past Style Lounge benefactors include Heal the Bay, Best Friends Animal Society, YouthAIDS, Until There’s A Cure, Project Angel Food, CHEC, Covenant House, Doctors without Borders, and many other deserving organizations. A portion of our proceeds benefit these charities and guests who attend the event are encouraged to donate as well.
FMPR takes various measures to secure the best celebrity attendance at the Style Lounge by working closely with talent publicists, managers, agents and directly with the celebrities through our personal contacts. An established fixture in the Hollywood community, FMPR is able to consistently provide sponsors with high caliber talent at a range of industry spanning events and gifting suites.
FMPR’s longstanding reputation for producing successful, organized and well-stocked events keeps celebrity guests always anticipating the next Style Lounge. Although we don’t guarantee the attendance of specific celebrities, our track record shows that talent sees participation at the Lounges as a win-win situation, providing the benefit of unique and unparalleled publicity for both the celebrity and the sponsors. Celebrities not only have the opportunity to promote themselves and their new projects, but they are also introduced to our sponsors and their unique products.
Style Lounges are held in private estates and high-end venues which are revamped by interior designers, catered by the hottest L.A. eateries, and offer luxurious spa & beauty treatments. Not just a gifting suite, but truly a lounge, FMPR gives celebrities a chance to relax and mingle as they support and build awareness for our charity benefactors.

In addition to the sponsorship fee, we request that each sponsor provide a range of products at the Travel Lounge to adequately showcase your line. To keep your out-of-pocket expenses to a minimum, we suggest a “tiered giving” strategy. This should include:
•75 VIP pieces for targeted actors, musicians, TV personalities, musicians and other celebrities (Please note: these numbers are negotiable for fine jewelry, electronics, and other luxury items). These pieces should be your trademark products (or bundles of product) that you would like to be photographed and serve as representation for your company.
•100+ promotional pieces to distribute to elite media, store buyers, TV, movie, and celebrity stylists. These can range from a smaller, less expensive item with the company logo on them (i.e. a t-shirt, key chain, water bottle) to a limited edition (yet inexpensive) piece created specifically for the Travel Lounge.
•15 VIP pieces for our “editor teaser” baskets. Prior to the event, these items will be distributed to various magazine editors to help them plan editorial coverage of the Travel Lounge. The VIP items will be included in promotional gift bag giveaways “for one lucky reader” of a various magazine. FMPR must receive these pieces 4 weeks prior to the event to be included.
FMPR will provide each sponsor with a PR timeline, guest attendance update, media update and other cross promotion opportunities pre event. FMPR will provide public relations services or consult with your PR team regarding your company’s involvement in the Travel Lounge. This includes pre-press, distributing press releases, post press and follow up materials such as celebrity attendees, media attendees, media clippings, etc.
